My name is Lois Moncrief and I have 29 years of experience managing workgroups from 17 to 34 employees. I also hold a Masters in Engineering Administration (M.E.A.), a technical M.B.A.
I have also received Secretary of Labor Exceptional Achievement Awards for my managerial work and have held high level responsible positions such as President in organizations outside of work.
I started this blog because I want to share some of the lessons learned from my management experience of 29 years especially on how to motivate employees now and related topics. I look forward to not only blogging but hearing from each of you and your experiences.
